AlexGebbie

Alex Gebbie

Alex Gebbie is the owner of Pledge Property Management, a full-service real estate brokerage and property management firm serving eastern Connecticut. A second-generation property manager, Alex has built his career around real estate operations, investment, development, and brokerage.

Under Alex’s leadership, Pledge has grown to manage approximately 400 rental units. In addition to overseeing the firm’s property management operations, Alex is actively involved in new-construction multifamily development. His experience includes The Hills at River View and Westledge Apartments in Norwich, as well as The South Hills at River View, a new residential community being developed.

Alex’s involvement throughout the development process gives him a practical understanding of the complete property lifecycle—from planning and construction to lease-up and long-term management. This experience allows him to approach each property with both a developer’s vision and a property manager’s operational perspective.

Through Pledge’s brokerage, Alex represents first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, homeowners, and property owners in residential and investment real estate transactions. He is committed to understanding each client’s objectives, identifying opportunities, and providing knowledgeable guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

Alex grew up in Connecticut and resides in Glastonbury with his wife and two children. Alex and his family spend their summers in Groton Long Point, giving him a strong personal connection to the southeastern Connecticut shoreline and the communities Pledge serves.
Jessica Gebbie

Jessica Gebbie

Jessica Gebbie plays a central role in the leadership of Pledge Property Management, contributing to the company's operations, real estate development, construction coordination, insurance oversight, and long-term strategy. With years of experience as a real estate salesperson, she brings a well-rounded understanding of real estate transactions, investment properties, and the ongoing operation of residential communities.

Her professional background in insurance gives her a strong foundation for evaluating risk, reviewing coverage, and anticipating potential issues — expertise she draws on across Pledge's construction and development meetings and the strategic decisions shaping both its managed portfolio and new-construction projects.

Known for her disciplined, inquisitive approach, Jessica takes the time to understand complex issues, asks thoughtful questions, and helps ensure that important decisions account for both the facts and the long-term picture. Her ability to connect these different areas — insurance, construction, real estate, and operations — makes her a trusted partner to Alex and an essential member of Pledge's leadership team.

Jessica lives in Glastonbury with Alex and their two children. The family spends summers in Groton Long Point, maintaining a close connection to the southeastern Connecticut shoreline and the communities Pledge serves.
