What Pledge Handles

Leasing & Renewals

We market your property, respond to inquiries, process applications, and screen prospective residents. As a lease approaches its end, we review renewal options with you and coordinate the next steps. Leasing and renewals have the separate fees shown above.

We receive maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and use inspections to help identify issues that need attention. The management plan also includes an animal protection guarantee for eligible damage beyond the resident’s security deposit, subject to the plan terms. Show the final confirmed coverage amount here.

Rent & Reporting

We handle rent collection, follow up on unpaid balances, and disburse available owner funds. Owners can access statements and property financial information through the owner portal.
